You have a few options. Most pharmacy’s stock several natural immune system boosters.
There are two reasons to take immune system boosters and they are:
1: For an every day defence against common colds, glandular bacterias and mild flus
2: For a targeted defence while you are in close association with someone who has any of the above diseases (ie: someone in your home)
Depending on what other medications you’re taking and what strain of seasonal allergies you suffer from you can choose a from a wide range. Brauer and Codral make great natural defence medications.
My favourite ones are Inner Health Plus (for an every day defence) and Codral Immune Boost (for when i’m around people who are sick, it’s stronger and is a quick 10 day medication).
Both of them are natural and are non-harmful to the body when taken over a long period of time.
Talk to your pharmasist to find one that works with you and your lifestyle. Just because one works for one person, doesn’t mean that it will for you and this is because it depends on other medications, your allergies and your lifestyle.

in certain case, some people born in a very sensitive body. this case has relation with gene and or life quality from bofere born until the critical phase of growing. you are 23 years old, so your body is mature in general. if you have regular common cold symptom, it must be very annoying, so maybe you can try this.
drink fresh natural juice EVERY day. 3stalks of celeries, 1 big carrot, 1 big tomato, 1 apple and 1 orange. drink that all after 1 big cup of still water. the sugar from those fruits will fullfilled your calories intake until afternoon, so you dont need to worry about bread or any other breakfast menu. this breakfast will be everyday monday-saturday and sunday you may EAT every thing.
avoid oily food and canned preservatived food. eat before you hungry and stop eating before you are too full.
in the evening, take echinacea pill, if you are fat, avoid meet and animal protein for dinner. you can repeat the juice for your dinner. if you like to have wine, its also good for your blood.
drink at least 8 big cups still water a day make your lungs healthy, heart happy, blood sirculate better. when you are feeling a bit dizzy, take 1000mg vitamin C and drink milk every day! have enough calcium helps your body replace the missing part in your spinal cell which used for curing your cold and flu.
eat less salt and laugh more! you will be healthy, and by the way, get your house tide up and dust free by using anti allergic vaccuum cleaner also helps! make sure you use clean stuff at home. and sleep minumum 6-7 hours a day!

try halls defense. It has to be the drops with zinc in it. But, I wouldn’ t take it all the time, only when you feel the onset of a cold. Plus, try not to take it on a empty stomach because the zinc can mess with your stomach. Also try a regular multi-vitamin with zinc. You can get zinc toxicity if you take too much so use as directed.

Echinacea is a good herb to help with your immune system. But if taken for longer than 2 weeks straight, it can actually have the opposite effect on your immune system, and make it somewhat ‘lazy’.
Golden seal is also good for immune issues. The only issue here is be careful if you have high blood pressure issues.

Have followed a homeopathic lifestyle for a couple of decades now.
